If your Activation Tab in the main plugin settings looks like this, it means that you have the Lite ( free) Plugin version installed.

Please follow the steps explained here, 

it is a step-by-step explanation of how you can safely remove the Lite version without losing any existing data and install + activate the Full/premium version.

Thanks for providing access. I've reinstalled the license to Standard, but I believe the issue is related to caching. I’ve tried clearing the browser cache and cookies, but the issue persists.

Could you reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to perform a deep cache clearing?

This should help and after that you should be able to see the option to enter the purchase code.

This needs to be handled by your hosting provider, as they have access to the site's caching and cookies.

I've already tried clearing the browser cookies/cache through both the browser settings and a WordPress plugin, but the issue persists. Amelia is not recognizing the new license version due to this.

Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to clear the cache and cookies on their end as well.

We can offer a refund for Starter so you can purchase a Standard license from our website. You should be able to request a refund through your TMS store account.

If not, then we can proceed with the refund manually, but please note that it usually takes 5 - 7 business days for the funds to be processed to your account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process the upgrade manually, as this option is only available through your TMS store account. The alternative solution we can offer is for you to purchase a new license via our website. The Standard license is already discounted, and we will proceed with the refund of your current license once the new purchase is made.
