We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I may be silly here, but why do I need to bother about the empoyees seetings when all I wnat to do is ell Training courses?
I want to do is have a vbooking system that shows the following
My range of 11 seperate training courses
The virtual times and date sof these courses
The cost
the payment
Can you help please?
Hello David,
I understand that you're looking for a simple booking system for your training courses, but the employee settings are important in Amelia because employees are crucial for managing bookings and availability. You'll need to create employees for each course, set their working hours, and these hours will be reflected in the available time slots for booking.
Here’s how you can set it up:
Create Employees: You can create an employee for each of your training courses (e.g., course instructors).
Set Working Hours: You can define their working hours and availability, which will determine when the training courses are available for booking.
Set Up Courses: Create services for each of your 11 courses, including the virtual dates and times.
Payment Integration: Amelia allows you to set up payment options (e.g., via Stripe or PayPal) so that clients can pay for the courses directly through the booking system.
Once the employees and services are set up, customers will be able to book and pay for your training courses.
Let me know if you'd like more specific instructions on setting it up!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
