We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Do you have a list of the most well-known plugins that cause issues with Amelia? I know the list is long, but you’ve probably had a lot of feedback and known cases of plugins that regularly cause problems with Amelia.

For example, I have the impression that sometimes, when I update Yoast SEO, it causes issues with Amelia.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, we do not have such a list, as these situations frequently change. Our development team regularly resolves issues, but sometimes, conflicts cannot be fixed on our end—other plugins may change their code, which can lead to issues beyond our control.

Because of this, we do not maintain a specific list of conflicts. However, we do have solutions that may help in certain cases. For example there is a plugin called "WP Plugin Manager" that is used to disable certain plugins from specific pages. You can install it and disable that plugin from the page where the calendar did not load like this for example

The Form should load fine after that.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
