As far as we can see all is working fine. If you can replicate the issue please send us a short one minute video of the issue where we can see the issue and tax settings. We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Good morning,
I believe that after one of the most recent updates, the notification email variable %payment_due_amount% changed.
Before, it used to write correctly the amount with the taxes included, now the taxes are excluded.
So, say our customer makes a purchase of 100€ inc. tax (Italian VAT), the email should state 100€, now the customer email states 88€ instead.
Certain customers rightfully expect to pay 88€ instead of 100€ now as we send that email for in-person payment.
Please fix this issue as soon as possibile.
Thank you

Good evening Marko and thanks for the kind reply.
Can you try with a cloned event? That is, make a clone, change the cloned event's price and then proceed?
Thanks again
Hello again,
We just did that and there is no issue
Perhaps this is simple issue of purging the cache and checking in finance section if this tax is added to that event
Please check this and let us know how it goes.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
