I’m using Amelia for my studio booking system, but I’m struggling to set it up in a way that works for my business. Here’s what I need:
Session Duration Selection – I want customers to select how many hours they want (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, etc.), and for this to reflect in the calendar as a booked slot of that length. Right now, it seems like I have to create separate services for each duration, which isn’t ideal.
Package Selection – Customers should also be able to choose between different packages for their selected duration (e.g., Basic Package vs. Pro Package, with different pricing). Ideally, they should first choose the duration and then pick their package.
Pricing & Availability – The total price should update based on both the duration and package selected, and the calendar should block out the appropriate time when a booking is made.
Is there a way to achieve this within Amelia? If not, do you have any recommendations or workarounds to make it function this way?

We will try to help and explain everything but 2hen you have several questions or issues please open a new seperate ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

Ideally, they should first choose the duration and then pick their package. - Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. For packages only original duration can be chosen because the prices are fixed for packages but prices can vary for custom duration so this is not possible to achieve Im afraid. In this case you would need to create several services with different durations
