I am having issues with new customers setting their password after purchasing a package. This is what is happening: 

New customer pays for a package, Amelia takes them to the congratulations page, however when they click on 'customer panel' or visits https://www.bouncelovers.com.au/customer-panel/ to set their password, once the new password credentials are entered and they press 'Set password'  button, it doesn't take them anywhere, the page just reloads on pressing 'set password'. They are now stuck and cannot set a password to then log in to their customer panel. I am testing this on Firefox and Chrome, and i have the updated version of Amelia.

Could you please advise how to fix this?

The customer panel page also has the place holder for the customer panel as well. 

I'm not sure what is happening.

hi Stefan, thank you for your reply, I have already given Marco my wp admin logins yesterday on a private ticket regarding the same issue however i have not heard back yet.could you please let me know when he might get back to me with a solution? 

I don’t mean to be pushy but i was expecting the plugin to be functional by now.
