I am experiencing an issue with Amelia’s appointment booking display where the next immediate service appointment at least appears to being displaying in two timezones:
America/New York (which is correct)
UTC (which should NOT be displayed)
For example, instead of only seeing:
✅ 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM (EST)
I am also seeing:
❌ 6:00 AM – 7:45 AM (UTC)
My server timezone is correctly set to America/New York.
WordPress timezone is also configured to America/New York, and Amelia should be inheriting this setting.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Cleared cache both locally and on the server → No change.
Reset the global timezone in WordPress to America/New York.
Verified settings for:
Service timezone
Employee timezone
General Amelia settings
Global WordPress timezone
No conflicting settings were found.
Additional Issue:
I have occasionally noticed that the next immediate appointment either:
Does NOT display at all.
Shows a duplicate booking option in the incorrect UTC timezone.
Request:
Please advise on how to resolve this issue, as it seems to be a new behavior. Let me know if you need any additional details or access to further troubleshoot.
Amelia can not show anything that is not already set up. So please check these several things
If there is already booking made for for those dates at 6:00 AM – 7:45 AM in the appointment section. If there is then check if it is the blue color is nexto appointment or green If it is blue then booking is made on the backend and time slots that are booked will automatically appear on the front as avaliable If it is green then the booking is made on the front end
in that case double check the employee's work hours and if there are any special days

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Amelia can not show anything that is not already set up. So please check these several things
If it is blue then booking is made on the backend and time slots that are booked will automatically appear on the front as avaliable
If it is green then the booking is made on the front end
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
