Hello, we offer several services: cave route tours, where reservations are based on the number of adults (for children, we have added an "extras" option), and other services that involve equipment rentals.
The "bring someone with you" option is how additional units are added to reservations (both for tour spots and rental equipment). However, since the descriptive text is the same for both types of reservations, it creates confusion for customers when booking, as they have to figure out what to do.
Additionally, since children are added in the next step, it becomes even more confusing.
Would it be possible to modify the text based on the selected service? For example:
If they choose CAVE ROUTE: "Add the number of adults."
If they choose KAYAK RENTAL: "Add the number of kayaks."
This way, I could use the plugin for both types of reservations with a brief explanation. The text in question appears below the "bring someone with you" option.
But the text I put in that place appears in all services, and I would like to know if it is possible to set a different text for each service. Thanks!!
No, unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. This is set per booking form not per service so what you want to achieve is not possible at this time I'm afraid.
