We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I am using Amelia Pro to manage bookings for a document notarization service. I need your help because the service price varies depending on the number of documents the client wants to notarize.
Currently, I have added a custom radio field allowing clients to choose a number between 1 and 5. However, the service price remains fixed, whereas I would like it to dynamically adjust based on this field. For example, the pricing should be $7 per document (if a client selects 3 documents, the total price should be $21).
Could you please guide me on the best way to implement this dynamic pricing within Amelia Pro? Is there a built-in solution for this, or would it require a script or specific integration?
I would truly appreciate your help.
Best regards,
Hello Guellati,
Thank you for reaching out!
Instead of using a custom field for the number of documents, I recommend using Amelia's Extras feature. You can create different extra options based on the number of documents a client wants to notarize. For example, you can create extras for "1 document," "2 documents," "3 documents," and so on, with each extra option having a price that reflects the total cost (e.g., $7 per document).
This way, when a client selects the extra for the number of documents they need notarized, the price will adjust accordingly without the need for custom scripting.
Would you like assistance in setting this up or more details on how to configure extras for your services?
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
