Please can you provide a guide as to who to set up W3 cache with Amelia please?
Currently both customer and employee dashboard do not render if I try and minify the JS using this cache (and excluding those pages from being cahced), and as I know you guys use it alot it would be great to please publish the best way to configure W3 cache to enable Amelia to work correctly
We can not say or publish documentation for other plugins or check the setup for each plugin since there are millions of them. You can change cache plugin for example and use lite cache that we also use you can try and use a plugin called "WP Plugin Manager" that is used to disable certain plugins from specific pages. You can install it and disable that plugin from the page where the calendar did not load like this for example
The form should load fine after that, please check it out from your end. Hop ethis helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Unfortunately your reply does not hit the mark at all. You and the team have openly said you use this cache plugin, so I was hoping you could share the config that works for you with Amelia, as it seems I am not the only one asking based on previous tickets.

I don't fully understand this, as I am not asking for any other plugin (no mention of millions from me) config that works with Amelia other than W3 cache? What would be great is if you could possibly list the files that should be excluded for both customer and employee dashboards to work as a starting point. Also, installing yet another plugin to disable plugins is just not feasible when, if we know the right config for W3 cache, that's all we need.
At the end of the day your plugin needs to be compatible with a caching plugins as there are many of them, but in this case if you could provide some more technical detail in your reply that would be really appreciated focused on W3 cache only. Perhaps a few screenshots of how you have set up W3 cache would be useful too?
We’re sorry if our previous response was not satisfactory, but as we provide support for Amelia’s setup and functionality only, we are unable to offer specific configuration settings for third-party plugins, including cache plugins. As mentioned earlier, there are millions of plugins available, and we simply cannot test or document settings for each one. If this particular cache plugin is causing issues with Amelia, we kindly ask you to consider switching to a different one.
That being said, I personally use LiteSpeed Cache and have never encountered any issues with Amelia. However, I just tested your cache plugin (W3 Total Cache) without any special configuration—I simply installed it and clicked "Purge All Caches"—and everything worked correctly, both Amelia and the cache plugin, without any conflicts.
If you are experiencing an issue, please provide more details so we can investigate. If there is a conflict between Amelia and this plugin, our development team can look into it and potentially resolve it in the future. However, in the meantime, we recommend using an alternative cache plugin to ensure everything runs smoothly on your site.
We appreciate your understanding. We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
