    Hello,

I am using the PAYED version of Amelia ( LIFETIME UNLIMITED °, and I have a problem. I can create services without any issues, but I cannot create events. When I try to save an event, the button does nothing, and the browser console shows a 403 error.

I have tried the following without success:

    1. File permissions for admin-ajax.php: Set to 644.
    2. Checked firewall and mod_security, no apparent blocks.
    3. Reset WordPress permalinks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated., thanks!

    Hello Mathieu,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?

If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.

If that does not help you, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,
