Hello Team, I have now managed to create a database at the provider and import it as a table. I use the shortcode function for individual cells to display them in the text on the website. At the beginning everything worked and I was able to change data in the frontend and it was displayed.
Now, however, the shortcode data of the cells is no longer transferred to the website. The error message is “Column key for provided table ID not found!” I definitely have the right code! Including the entire table (I use Avada) works. So it seems to be a problem with the transfer of the cell contents...
I have also tried creating new tables and linking cells to a new page and new text passages. Without success.
Maybe the translation was not optimal. I didn't see i also have to define the id-column in the backend...I inserted a column within the database with this value and no it works :)
It seems you resolved this, so we will consider this specific ticket resolved, but please don't hesitate to open a new ticket if you encounter any issue with rendering of the single cell shortcode again.
It is always best to first double-check our Documentation Page and focus on the section with the shortcode variant you are using. Then check what is your table type, and for the 'row_ID', this parameter is different based on different table types. And for the column key, that needs to be the 'origin header' - So if you have some different displayed header, our Plugin won't be able to 'read' that column, etc.
We will certainly be here if you encounter any issues. Thanks again.

What is the problem?
