We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I am getting this error when I try to save a table configuration after making a small change to the SQL query.
There was an error while trying to save the table!OK
Hi Wendy,
Could you please confirm if you have the latest plugin version (7.1.1) installed?
If not, please update to the latest version and then purge your site's cache.
If you already have the latest version, it's possible that, during the update, the plugin wasn't able to write all the necessary files to your FTP. Although rare, this can happen due to permission issues on the hosting server or other factors.
Here's what you can try:
If the error still persists, we will escalate this to our QA Team. I see that you have a Basic (Standard) license, which doesn't include WooCommerce integration, so there is no cart functionality. We'll focus on reproducing the error under these conditions.
Please note : PHP warning/or notice is not a functionality issue, so you can check if you have the WP_DEBUG enabled on your Hosting server.
For a live/production Site version, this should be disabled, so then you should not see the warning anymore.
2. Regarding your SQL query table and the main error:
Could you please create a new table with the same query? Does it throw the same error, or does the error only occur when modifying an existing query table?
Additionally, could you provide more details? The best option would be to record a video showing the original query/table and the changes you make when the error occurs.
You can also send screenshots, and if possible, attach the original and modified queries in a TXT file (if that doesn't work, you can zip the files or upload them to WeTransfer).
If the video or query contains sensitive data, please make sure to send it in a private reply for security.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
