Hi, something peculiar: I can't get the extra's label changed anymore. I'll add screenshots below. Emptying caches (browser, server) doesn't work, manage transients doesn't work... So what to do? Amelia1.jpg is how it appears on the webpage. Amelia2.jpg is how the form is configured and published.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here; just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
This is an example of the French language, but you will choose yours.
Thanks for the reply Uros. Poedit is familiar to me. I'll try that. However I understood that adjustments in mo po files are overwritten when the plugin updates? Unless I can put them somewhere else, just like for instance child theme's css files? Furthermore; do you still need the admin account or can I delete it and make a new one if you need to log in again?
You're welcome! Yes, you're right that changes made directly in the .mo and .po files can get overwritten when the plugin is updated. To avoid this issue, I recommend using the Loco Translate plugin. It allows you to make translations within the WordPress admin interface, and these changes are stored in a separate location, so they won’t be overwritten during plugin updates.
As for the admin account, there's no need to keep it active for now. If you'd prefer to delete it, you can do so and create a new one if needed. Just let me know if you need access again.
Hi Uros, I've tried the loco translate and yes the default label for 'Extras:' is changed in the customise section. But unfortunately not on the frontend booking form.....
Guess I try to reset the form and build it again (which I wanted to avoid obviously...).

Hello Karin,
We will further troubleshoot this issue, in the meantime, I would suggest that you look at the following method for translating strings.
Words can be changed using POEDIT for example very easily.
If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:
1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.
2. Unzip the downloaded .zip file.
3. You need to download and install POEDIT.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
