Hello,
I want to have a package option for customers that has 3 services. I turned ON total number of appts and set the maximum for all 3 services to 20 and the minimum to 0. In theory, this means that the customer can book 20 total lessons, but doesn't have to book any of them at the time of booking.
However, if I only have 1 of the services currently available for booking. The other 2 aren't currently available for booking. So, the package isn't an option to book in the step-by-step booking I assume because the other 2 services aren't currently available to book on the calendar.
Is this the correct function?
It prevents me from allowing customers to potentially book these services within the packages in the future.

Thank you for reaching out! Yes, that is the expected behavior. The package option will only be available for booking if all the services within the package are currently available. If some of the services are unavailable, the package cannot be booked, as it requires all services to be accessible at the time of booking.
