The calendar in Amelia WP does not provide a quick and intuitive way to view employee availability, making it difficult to manage bookings efficiently. Since many clients call the reception to check available time slots, it becomes challenging to quickly identify which employee is free, on which day, and during what time slot.
For example, we use another software for massages, and it makes it incredibly easy to see which employee is available and when. I have attached an example.
In Amelia you can easily see the unavailable time slots they are grayed out
This is how Amelia works and this can not be changed at this time Im afraid. Our Dev team is working on a new redesign so we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature. But we can not make any promises.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Grayed out fields are unavailable time slots for booking. If you do not see any please check if you have enabled option in settings roles settings admin called allow admmin to book at any time slot. If you did please turn it off and then you should be able to see this.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

I don't see any gray areas in my calendar like the ones you have.
Do the gray areas represent the employee's schedule or the location's schedule?
