Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. You can create new notifications for each service but there is no difference in appointments if it booked from the back or from the front so this can to be achieved I'm afraid.

is there an option so the notification for Appointment made from Employee is is different from the one when customer creates appointment?
