    Me and my website designer are both having difficulties with the following things:

    - How do I change the hours of availability on the step by step form? I have input the hours of operation into the "Working Hours and Days Off" section in general settings. I also input the hours of operation for myself (only one employee) under the "Work Hours" of the employee Carly Caudle. It is still showing odd, random hours when people are attempting to book.

    - How do I receive email notifications when someone books? On the "Notifications" tab I have a checkmark next to Appointment Approved in the email notifications "to employee." I had various people do a test booking and have never received an email when someone books.

    - How do I plug in a "text opt-in" section that is a different system than the SMS program through Amelia? I am using Grasshopper for my business phone number and need to integrate the text opt-in into the website for automated texts.

    - How do I set up automatic reminder texts for 24 hours in advance?

    I would really appreciate a phone number in case of follow-up questions, I can't seem to find a phone number anywhere and think it would be much easier to speak with someone. Feeling frustrated and confused with this booking platform and would really appreciate some guidance so I can have a functioning site for my business.

    Thanks for reaching out. Below are the answers to your questions:

    Changing Hours of Availability on the Step-by-Step Form
    The employee's work hours take priority over the global settings. Ensure that the work hours for Carly Caudle are correctly set in the Employee Work Hours section. Also, time slots are generated based on the service duration. For example, if a service lasts 1 hour and work hours are set from 9 AM to 5 PM, available slots will be 9-10 AM, 10-11 AM, etc.

    Receiving Email Notifications for Bookings
    Email notifications are sent automatically, but the email configuration needs to be properly set up. We recommend using SMTP settings for reliability. You can find more details on setting up SMTP here.

    Integrating a Text Opt-In Section with Grasshopper
    Amelia does not support direct integration with third-party SMS services. However, Amelia has a built-in SMS feature that can be configured. More details can be found here.

    Setting Up Automatic Reminder Texts (24 Hours in Advance)
    Reminder notifications are managed via cron jobs. You can use a third-party plugin like WP Crontrol to configure scheduled reminders. More guidance on setting up cron jobs is available here
