Why different services that have same employee reserve spots in the time picker? They dont use same equipment nor need for the employee but when I make appointment for one service, its automatically red-out for another service.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here; just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hvala što ste se obratili! Problem koji ste opisali javlja se zato što, po default-u, Amelia rezerviše vremenske termine za istog zaposlenog, što blokira dostupnost za druge usluge. Da biste rešili ovaj problem, potrebno je da dodate više zaposlenih, svaki dodeljen za specifičnu uslugu ili tip termina koji želite da se rezervišu istovremeno. Na taj način, svaka usluga može biti zakazana bez preklapanja u vremenskom odabiraču.

Sa obzirom da ima samo jedna uposlena ja sad trebam da kreiram josh jedna ista takva al poshto email mora da je razlichit. E sad kako bi notifikacije stizhu do realna uposljena, treba da novi dummie email forwardiram do njen realni mejl? Tako?

All Amelia's users are saved in the database, and databases don't allow multiple users to have the same email.
The only way you can do this is through the database, so you'd need to navigate to the wp_amelia_users table (please note that wp_ is the default database prefix, but on your end, it could be anything, so look for your_prefix_amelia_users table). Then, go to the Structure of that table, and drop the "email" index:
After that, go back to the table (click on "Browse" in the top left of the screen above), and manually change the email addresses of all your "providers". You cannot do this from within Amelia, though, so if you were to add a new employee, you would need to save that employee with a dummy email address, then navigate back to wp_amelia_users and change his email in the database.
I decided to do dummies employees with dummy emails that will forward emails to the actual email account and this workaround works, BUT the problem is that the employee that is logged in, the actual employee with its main account cannot schedule the other services that are assigned to the dummy employees and I have no idea how to overcome this.
Also its not possible to see, edit or manage the other booked services.
Basically the Amelia Manager should have this capabilities.
Since this is a workaround, it does come with certain limitations. To manage and schedule services assigned to dummy employees, you could log into the back-end using an Amelia Manager user. This role allows you to see, edit, and manage all booked services.
ultimately I did it this way but strangely the Amilia Manager role was not able to see bookings from other employees so I ended up duplicate Administrator role using the plugin and then removing permissions on other stuff.
I really hope this is implemented in future iterations in Amelia. I love this plugin but this almost was a no-go for me.
Im pretty sure none of the salons have separate employee for every service they provide, and not every service need attendance from employee while it happens.

I decided to do dummies employees with dummy emails that will forward emails to the actual email account and this workaround works, BUT the problem is that the employee that is logged in, the actual employee with its main account cannot schedule the other services that are assigned to the dummy employees and I have no idea how to overcome this.
Also its not possible to see, edit or manage the other booked services.
