Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Good Morning,
I created a new page on my site to let my customers book an experience using Amelia's services functionality. The problem is that I have different prices depending on who is booking this experience (e.g. children under 14, adults or pensioners). I have seen that the only option available for customising prices is duration, but that makes absolutely no sense in my case. My experiences can be booked by groups of people with different ages and work situations. Furthermore, I would like to set blocks of dates where it is not possible to book these experiences. Can you help me with these two points? Are there alternatives that can meet my requirements rather than using the services section? Thank you for your help. Jeremy
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Currently, the only solution to configure service with multiple pricing is to configure price per employee. In other words, you should configure multiple employees with different price and assign them to the same service. Since the work hours are determined by employee work hours configuration, there will be different timeslots offered with different pricing. You can find more information on this link.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
It's not what I'm searching now, my customers need to be able to reserve an experience (like an excursion) as a group on dates that are not pre-determined (so I cannot use events). The group of people can clearly consist of different categories. Are there no other solutions?
Hello,
The service feature has the option to offer different time slots to customers, while events use predefined dates and times. When booking an appointment, customers can choose if they want to bring more people with them, which will create a group booking. For events, you can create tickets (different categories with different pricing). You can find more information at this link.
Other than the option to configure pricing per employee, unfortunately, there are no other options to configure multiple pricing.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
