a customer reports some problems with the customer panel:
1. new appointments do not appear in customer panel.
The appoinments were set up by me from the admin back end - the same way I used to do before. It is the same service as before. When I change one of these appointments to my testuser, I see the appointment in my customer panel.
2. issues with logging in
Login is denied due, an error message occurs "You are not allowed to access this page." (see attachment) It first appeared in Safari. In Chrome it worked in the first place. On the second login the message occured. Cleaning the cache did help once, not more.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I cannot reproduce any of these issues.
