Hello, I have a question. Multiple people booked a class, but when I try to move one group to another day, all the groups move together. How can I move just one group without affecting the others?
Hi Evelina,
Thanks for reaching out to us. May i ask for more details? Possibly some screenshots of configuration?
Kind Regards,

Hello Evelina,
Thank you for reaching out. Here’s how you can address the issues:
Moving Clients Between Classes: To move a client without affecting the rest of the group, you should remove the customer from the group booking and then manually add them to another appointment. This way, only the selected customer will be moved to the new appointment.
Cancellation and Refund Tracking: Refunds in Amelia are processed separately for each individual booking. To check for refunds, you can look at the payment history in the backend. For cancellations, you can view the cancellation details in the appointment history. As for disabling the option for customers to cancel classes themselves, this can be done by removing the "cancel" button in the customer panel via css.
Let me know if you need further assistance with these!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
