We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, I have used some custom fields but I have two issues.
First I am not able to pick Danish as language anymore for some reason so some things are not translated. For example the text "select" under custom field, how can I translate this to danish.
The other issue is that there are no placeholders on the custom fields but there are on the regular fields. So it doesnt look good in the booking form as there is a difference. How can I fix this?
Kind regards

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. To translate the strings that are not visible in Customize settings, you can use third party plugins such as LocoTranslate. You just have to find language then search for a strings and translate accordingly.
There is no option to add the placeholders within the custom fields. Custom field is the placeholder, and if you want to have the information from custom field, you would need to add this placeholder in notification template.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi,
The placeholders in the step by step booking
"your name" etc.

I see now. Unfortunatelly, these fields are mandatory, they cant be removed. Customers must enter their credentials in order to be able to book.

Hi,
I do not wish to remove the fields, just the placeholders as I cannot add placeholders to custom fields. So in the bookingform I now have some fields with placeholders and some without..
Hello,
You can hide this placeholder by going to Customize settings, then selecting the Step by Step v2 template / Customer Information / Labels
In Labels, just add "space" to those fields that you don't want to display the placeholders
Let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
