We purchased this product on 4th February. We used this plugging for our booking system, where the cslender and booking pages download extremely slowly. we checked with go daddy, the hosting provider, and they confirmed everything is woking fine on their end. can you please urgently get in touch and resolve this?
Slow load can be caused by a lot of things - the number of appointments you have, the number of customers, the number of employees, etc. Other than Amelia, it could be caused by the amount of other data you have on the page. Are you on a dedicated or on a shared hosting? Can you increase the php_memory_limit on your site? If you're not sure how to do that, you can reach out to your hosting provider. Other than Amelia, it could be caused by the amount of other data you have on the page.
Are you on a dedicated or on a shared hosting? Can you increase the php_memory_limit on your site?
