Question Regarding Multi-Site Event Integration with Single Booking Source

    Dear Amelia Support Team,

    I am currently using Amelia on multiple websites, with valid licenses activated on both. I would like to embed an event on multiple websites, but I want all bookings to be processed through only one of them.

    Specifically, I would like to:

    • Create an event on Website A where all actual bookings take place.
    • Display and allow users to view this event on Website B, but without handling bookings there.
    • Ensure that any booking made is only registered in the Amelia system of Website A.

    Since I already have licenses for both websites, I was wondering if there is an existing solution for this use case, or if you could suggest the best approach to achieve this functionality.

    I appreciate your support and look forward to your response.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. What you want to achieve is not possible each installation is separate and there is no way to connect them Im afraid.

    Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
