Hey there,
I added some custom fields to the form in the frontend where the user fills in his data when booking an appointment. Now my question is, when I add a new client by myself in the backend I'd like to also add some custom fields to fill in the client data. For example now I can enter name, address, phone number etc. and I'd also like to add a company name. Is that possible?

Hello Anna,

Currently, custom fields in Amelia are tied to bookings, not customers. This means that when you add custom fields to the booking form, they will be specific to each appointment rather than linked to the customer profile.

Unfortunately, there is no built-in option to add custom fields directly to the customer profile in the backend. You can, however, include such information in the booking itself, and it will be recorded for each appointment.

If you need more detailed functionality for customer profiles, custom development might be required.
