We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
We are currently testing Amelia with our clients who use Booksy and have encountered a calendar synchronization issue. We want to prevent appointments from being automatically booked in Amelia without allowing us time to adjust them.
Here are the settings we have configured to address this issue:
Could you confirm if these settings are the best approach to avoid booking conflicts with Booksy?
Do you have any additional recommendations to ensure smooth synchronization?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,

Hi Amine,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Since there is no official integration with Booksy, we cannot guarantee or confirm that it will work. However, we can confirm that the options you've configured are working properly for bookings processed through Amelia.
If the default appointment status is configured as "pending," the appointment must be confirmed manually by an employee or admin. Having the first option set to 1 day means that customers won’t be able to book until 1 day from the current day. That said, an admin would still have the option to manually change the appointment details from the backend.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
