I have a facilitator (an employee) to whom I have assigned two services: Pilates Reformer and Pilates Normal. Both services can be booked at the same time; for example, both can be scheduled at 9:00 AM. However, I expect that when someone books Pilates Reformer at 9:00 AM, no one else should be able to book Pilates Normal at the same time because Daniela (the facilitator) cannot be in two places at once. There should be a setting or an option to prevent an employee from being booked for two different services at the same time.
Hello,
Thank you for your message. The system should work as you expect, where if a facilitator is already booked for one service (like Pilates Reformer) at a certain time, they should not be available for another service (like Pilates Normal) at the same time.
To help us better understand what might be happening, could you please provide a screen recording or screenshot of the issue you're encountering? This will allow us to assist you more effectively.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
