We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
We are trying to create events for a workshop and we would like parent to multiselect events before going forward to the payment. I saw that it can be done for services but couldnt find a way to do it for events.
Can you show how to do on it? Thak you very much
Hi Armand,
Those tickets were probably referring to the Cart option. Unfortunately, at the moment, you can only configure services within the Cart feature; there is no option to configure events. By default, Amelia only allows a single selection on the booking form, whether it's a service or an event.
The workaround I provided earlier applies to WooCommerce and would only work if you are using WooCommerce as your payment method.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Armand,
If you want to use events, there is no option to show the timeslot selection, customers would see only those dates that events are configured for (they can only book a place for an event). If you want to use services (to have timeslots), then you can use Cart option to allow customers to book multiple timeslots for multiple services per one booking. Cart option will basically allow customers to book multiple appointments the same way as if they want to book a single appointment. You can find more information about Cart feature on this link.
The maximum capacity option still applies, which means if the option "brinign someone with you" is enabled, it would still ask customers if they want to bring more people with them. Even when using Events, the same rules applies. Customers needs to pay first in order to book an appointment (of course, if you have online payment methods enabled), but they wont receive and discounts based on the number of bookings.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
