We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi! I'm using Amelia to make restaurant reservations in our website, and we use google calendar integration. It works perfectly but in group appointments it shows the total number of persons and I want to show the number of single appointmens for that hour. For example: Marc, Joan and Pau have made reservations for 3, 5 and 10 people next friday at 8pm. In Google calendar the title is: 18 people - Marc. I want the title to show 3,5,10 - Marc, Joan, Pau. Is that possible?
Thank you in advance!
Ok, I figured out how to do it!
In Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar/Title and Description, you can configure placeholders for group appointments (%group_appointment_details%) thank you so much for this feature! <3.
In my example, the title is still 18 people - Marc, but in the description I have put the group details placeholder and now it shows 3 people Marc, 5 people Joan, 10 people Pau.
Hello,
Thank you for the update! I’m glad to hear that you found a way to configure it using the group details placeholder. It's great to see that the information is now displaying the way you need it in Google Calendar! 😊
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
