My client is not receiving SMS or Email notifications when a client books their services. The client is not receiving them either. I have put all fields in for SMPT email notifications, but it says there is an error code 403. What does this mean? Do I need her API key for her phone number in order for SMS notifications to be sent out? The test notifications have been working.
When a client purchases a package, it is my understanding that they will then create an account and book their appointments by signing into their account. Where do they go to sing into their account? Is there a link emailed to them?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The SMTP cofniguration is not correct. If you click to send test email, you can see this issue in developer console. It states that the issue is related to host.
You want to double check the SMTP username and password credentials, and if that's correct, you would need to reach out to your hosting provider and ask them if there is something on their side blocking the notifications from being send.
For SMS messages, you only need to create SMS account. The SMS messages are sent the same way as the notifications, there is no need to add any API keys. You can find more information on this link.

And for the SMS notifications, does she need that API key?

Ok, and does there need to be an API key for SMS notifications?
