We have successfully implemented Amelia in our website (https://www.manufacture-cotentin).

We use Amelia to enable our clients to, on the one hand, become aware of the dates of the events we organize and, on the other hand, to allow them to make appointments. The dates and times of the events are not modifiable; one simply needs to register to attend. For appointments, however, the user must specify a date and time, of course. What we would like to do is display the events and the available appointment slots in the same calendar. Thus, for example, an event on April 15, 2025, could appear alongside the possibility of making an appointment on the same day. By clicking on the event of April 15, it would be possible to register, while clicking on the appointment on April 15 would allow the person to specify the time at which they wish to have an appointment.

Is this available in Amelia ? Is it is would you please explain me how to proceed?

    Kind Regards,

    François-Xavier

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. Events and appointments are completely different features and they can not be combined. Customer will need to book 2 times on 2 separate booking forms one for events and the other for appointments.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
