After updating Amelia to version 8.1, the location filter has stopped working. Before the update, everything was functioning correctly in the previous version.
The filtering feature is enabled in the settings (see attached screenshot), so the issue does not seem to be caused by a misconfiguration.
Could you please check if this is a known issue or provide a fix? Alternatively, would it be possible to get the installation package for the previous version (the one before 8.1) so I can temporarily roll back?
We do not have issues with locations with the latest version you can check them out in our video that we are sending you. Please check the employee work hours since service availability depends on what you set in emplyoee work hours and if you can send us short one minute video of the issue and settings.
I would like to inquire about the status of my ticket regarding Amelia that I submitted two days ago. I haven't received a response yet, and I would like to know if any further information is needed.
Additionally, could you please provide me with the older version for testing? That would be very helpful.
Please do not write more than once on the ticket because it sends it to the end of the queue happily, we were able to spot this. We work on the tickets in order as they arrive, and each of your new replies sends a ticket to the end of the queue. Please open a separate ticket for each question or issue and wait for us to respond and we will try to help as best as we can to resolve the issue effectively and as soon as possible.
We will take a look at this now and we will reach out to you again on this ticket as soon as we have more information.
