I have just integrated google calendar with my website and attached it to my employee record. I also went into the settings and enabled the "remove busy slots" option and increased the "number of events returned" to 2500.
The problem is that Amelia is NOT removing my items that are on my calendar. It still shows open available slots that overlap. Is there something I am missing?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Are those timeslots marked as "busy" on your Google Calendar? Only those timeslots that are "busy" will not be available for booking in Amelia. Amelia will not show the particular timeslots, but it should block the same time that the appointment is booked for.

hello, yes they are marked as busy.
I found the solution myself. It was a clogged up cache. I had to reset and it seems to be working correctly now.
We can close the ticket.
