we have the same issue as described here: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3066839/
It is not possible to define in the ICS settings that the employee is not visible in the ICS file incl. his/her mail address.
Is there any setting in Amelia that ensures that customers don't see the mail address of the assigned employee?
