    Hello,

    I am using Amelia to manage group class reservations on my WordPress site, and I have encountered an issue with rescheduling canceled appointments:

    📌 Issue encountered:

    • When an appointment is canceled by the admin after its initial date (e.g., due to bad weather), the client is unable to reschedule it via their client portal.
    • The rescheduling option disappears entirely, even though the appointment was canceled manually and not by the client.
    • Normally, before the appointment date has passed, clients should be able to reschedule their session using the three-dot menu next to their booking. However, as shown in the attached screenshot, this option is missing from the client account interface after the cancellation.

    What I need:

    • Clients should be able to reschedule a canceled appointment even after the initial date if their payment is still valid.
    • The rescheduling option should not be blocked simply because the original appointment date has passed.

    🔍 What I have checked:

    • I have tested different statuses (canceled, pending, approved) → No change.
    • The setting "Allow customers to reschedule their appointments" is enabled.
    • The setting "Minimum time required before rescheduling" is set to Disabled.
    • Even when manually moving the appointment to a later date, the client still cannot reschedule it themselves.

    📌 Question:

    • Is there a specific setting to allow customers to reschedule a canceled appointment even after the initial date has passed?
    • Or is this the expected behavior of the plugin?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. Canceled appointments cannot be rescheduled since they are not active they are canceled only active appointments can be rescheduled.
