If we have a service for "Group Painting" or something like that and we want to allow 1-8 people to sign up with the ability for each participant to choose the medium they'd like to work with:
ie: Oil = $80, Acrylic = $45, Watercolor = $55
We would need to know how many participants and each would have to select the medium they would want to work with.
For example:
1 Booking for a painting class with 4 participants (2x oil, 1x acrylic and 1x watercolor). I know this can be done with Extras but we need to limit the choices to the number of participants. Not allow 4x of each medium.
My apologies, it was a typo. The answer is meant to be sent to other user, but for some reason it was copied here, not sure why. To configure the number of additional people that would come with the customer who is booking, you would need to configure the maximum service capacity to more than 1 (in your case up to 8). Once this is configured, then there will be this option available
On the booking form, customers would see this option. However, currently, there is no other options when it comes to configuring this. They can only select the final number of Extras.

Unfortunately that's not going to work for our needs.
As an alternate route, I thought about doing a cart where each medium was a service however I noticed when using the cart I can book multiple services but not at the same time slot. Is there a way to override? If i book one and then start over and book the second I can but not in the same cart.
For example:
2x Oil Painting at 2:30pm March 14 and 3x Watercolor at the same time, but that time slot isn't available when I go to pick the watercolor service even though there are slots available.
A customer can select multiple appointments for different services in the cart. However, there is no option to book them for the same timeslot unless they select different services for the same timeslot. For example, a customer can select a timeslot for March 6 for both Service 1 and Service 2, as long as those services are assigned to different employees.

Is this possible?
Stefan,
Your reply isn’t remotely addressing my original question and who’s Luigi?
