Our booking system is setup so that people book recurring appointments, and they pay using Stripe, and they only have to pay for their first appointment with the remaining appointments having a stripe buy link in the original approved email and they can also pay using the Customer Panel. However, the customers sometimes forget to pay if they are not reminded.
How do I trigger an email the day before their appointment with a reminder that they have to pay and with a link to that appointment payment?
Ideally I don't want to send an email to everyone the day before, as we have people booking many times in a week. I JUST want to send to the people who haven't paid.
