I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to formally request a refund for both the Amelia Standard and Amelia Pro subscriptions that I purchased. Unfortunately, after evaluating the service, I have found that it does not meet my needs for the following reasons:
1. Customer Support Issues – The level of customer service provided has been unsatisfactory, with significant delays and lack of resolution for inquiries.
2. Lack of VIP Membership Option – I require a VIP membership feature for my business, which your platform does not currently offer.
3. Complicated Booking System – Numerous customer complaints highlight that the booking process is unnecessarily complex, further reinforcing my decision to seek an alternative solution.
Given that I have not used Amelia Standard and Amelia Pro does not align with my business requirements, I kindly request a full refund for both purchases. Please process this request at your earliest convenience or provide me with the necessary steps to complete the refund.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
We will check whether this is possible. Our official refund policy is 15 days, which you can verify at the following link: https://wpamelia.com/terms-and-conditions/. However, we always try to be accommodating and have granted refunds even after a month or two.
That being said, licenses are sold through our reseller, Paddle, and in our software, the refund button disappears after a certain period. Given that nearly five months have passed, we do not believe we will be able to process a refund at this point.
Nonetheless, we will check with our billing team and update you on this ticket as soon as we receive their response.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that a refund is possible for pro 1 license and they have issued you a refund for this license.

I’m not sure I understand. As per Amelia email for my refund says I still have access to my Amelia pro u till 2026. Why does it not appear as the pro plunging on Wordpress? Also I don’t see it on the Amelia website. It only shows the standard and I need to include my packages.
Your subscription was canceled so that it is not renewed and refund should reach you within 7 business days so weekend do not count. If you do not get in the next 4 days please reach out to us so that we can make inquiries.
