Hello, my clients have reported to me that they are unable to change their password. When they click on the link in the appointment reminder email they can log in but they cannot log in directly from my site with a password and when they ask to change their password the link sent to them leads to a 404 page. I have authorized the use of passwords to solve the problem but it has not changed anything. Can you help me please?

I understood what the problem was. The link I had put in the menu to be able to connect, was the one to access the employee panel and not the customer. Hence the impossibility of connecting with a customer account. I just corrected the link and retested and everything works. We can close the ticket.
