Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?

If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee, and it will be resolved, as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.

If that's not the case, please reinstall the Amelia plugin, clear the cache, and let me know if the issue has been resolved.

If it is still the same, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
