We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello Amelia Team,
I think I might have encountered another bug.
I set the limit of appointments of maximum 3 times per week.
When a customer goes over the limit and the payment method is set only to WooCommerce you can see (recording) that it redirects to checkout without the prompt that the booking limit is reached (unlike when there are more payment options).
I set the limit both in individual service settings and in role settings.
I will provide you with temporary login link in the next message.
I'm looking forward to your reply.

Hi Kinia,
Apologies for the delayed response. In the video you attached, you're testing the recurring option. However, the option to limit appointments below is not related to the recurring setting. This option is a separate option related to "standard" bookings, while currently the recurring appointments option doesn't have the limit option. Customers can skip this option if the want to, since it's mandatory.
As you can see, the limit is checked by customer email, which means that each customer (if he uses the same email) can book up to the number of appointments configured.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
