In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Subject: Urgent: Amelia Pro Integration Issue & Refund Request
Amelia Support Team,
I have been trying to get assistance for over a week now regarding my Amelia Pro integration issue, but I have not received any helpful support. I initially provided my license code instead of the purchase code and even granted admin access to my website so your team could help resolve the issue, yet nothing has been done.
I previously had Amelia Standard, which I never used, and I recently purchased Amelia Pro. Since I upgraded, I attempted to deactivate Amelia Standard, upload and activate Amelia Pro, but the integration is still not working. Despite my efforts, I am unable to resolve this issue, and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of proper assistance.
As a business, I cannot afford to waste time on a paid plugin that does not function as expected and does not come with responsive support. If this issue cannot be resolved immediately, I am requesting a full refund for both licenses, as neither has been properly used nor working.
Please escalate this issue to someone who can actually resolve it. I need urgent assistance to get Amelia Pro integrated and running on my website, or I will have no choice but to seek a refund.
