Apologies for the delayed response, as we don’t work on weekends. Here's how the Cart booking works: the concept is similar to standard booking, but with Cart, customers can add multiple appointments in one booking. When they select a particular service for a specific time slot, Amelia registers that and then gives them the option to book another timeslot for a different service. The goal of Cart booking is to let customers book multiple services in one go.

If they try to select the same timeslot for the same service, they won’t be able to do so (just like in the standard booking process), because the employee is already assigned to that timeslot. Amelia will prompt them to choose other timeslots for different services, and a different employee will be assigned. If the service has multiple employees assigned, Amelia will allow the same timeslot to be selected, but it will assign the second employee (since the first one is already booked). The difference in WooCommerce is that it will show the same date and time, but with different employees and services.
