    Dr. Marc Agraz

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, what you are requesting is not currently possible. This is a custom development you are proposing, which is not built into Amelia by default. Amelia is not designed to collect data or change statuses in this way. Since this is not part of the built-in options in Amelia, we are unable to assist or develop this request at the moment.

However, what you can try and is use the placeholder %appointment_cancel_url% to send users a link so they can cancel their appointments.

Given the nature of your request, we kindly encourage you to submit this as a feature suggestion through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The development and prioritization of new features are greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question, and we will gladly assist you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
