We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dr. Marc Agraz
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, what you are requesting is not currently possible. This is a custom development you are proposing, which is not built into Amelia by default. Amelia is not designed to collect data or change statuses in this way. Since this is not part of the built-in options in Amelia, we are unable to assist or develop this request at the moment.
However, what you can try and is use the placeholder %appointment_cancel_url% to send users a link so they can cancel their appointments.
For more information on this placeholder and others, you can refer to this link https://wpamelia.com/notifications-placeholders/.
Given the nature of your request, we kindly encourage you to submit this as a feature suggestion through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The development and prioritization of new features are greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By submitting your suggestion, you will be contributing to the potential faster implementation of this feature.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question, and we will gladly assist you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
