We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Good morning, I must be stupid, and I believe the answer is very easy, but I was not able to find how to do it.. 

    I want to set up a recurring online booking every Wednesday from 9pm to 10pm and offer one package of 5 bookings and one package of 10 bookings. 
    it seems to be working fine except that I have to set up the employee to be available all week; if I don't do that, no one can take an appointment. If i do that, the whole week is available and all day to (not only from 9 to 10 pm) 

    If I set up the employee availability to Wednesday from, let's say, 9 to 10 pm.. it doesn't work. no rendezvous are available in the front end. I did put a weekly recurring service, but it doesn't work; I don't find the way to tell Amelia when this rendezvous occurs.  It is an online booking, so I don't have much choice.

    please apologies for such a stupid question; i am new with Amelia

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We completely understand and are happy to assist. The working hours of the service depend on the working hours of the employees. However, please keep in mind that buffer time is included in the total duration of the service.

    For example, if you have set a buffer time of 5 hours, and the working hours are 1 hour with the service duration also being 1 hour, the total time taken for the service will actually be 6 hours due to the buffer time.

    We kindly ask you to check this setting, and we hope this helps resolve the issue.
