Marina, I struggled with the login form and work flow as well. One solution for this was:
1. Create a PHP snippet that checks if the new created user is an Amelia Customer, and if it is, set their password to ‘default’. So in case the “Set New Password” step isn’t working, you could still use the default password as a fallback for your user, and once they log in, they can change their password.

Regarding your 5th question: To allow existing WordPress users to log into both WordPress and Amelia using the same credentials, ensure that customers and employees in Amelia are assigned the "Amelia Customer" or "Amelia Employee" user role. If the user hasn't yet made a purchase in Amelia, you'll need to enable "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer. After logging into WordPress and landing on Amelia's booking page, their details will be populated, and they will be added to Amelia's customer list once they book an appointment.
For the 6th issue, the Russian language not being selectable is due to the fact that there is no option in Amelia to set an additional language that matches the default WordPress language.

Uros is out of the office, so I'll jump in real quick.
I made the change in the "Бронирование подтверждено" email template, but if the link to the panel is located in other templates, you need to edit those as well.
This causes a conflict in Amelia because "Amelia Customer" and "Administrator" roles have different capabilities and when an admin is linked with a customer, some admin privileges simply do not apply as they're in conflict with the customer role. My advice is to delete these three customers and see if the issue is resolved. If not - we may need to gain access to your database to try and correct this. If you urgently need to perform Admin actions, you can create a new Admin user with a new email address and you won't have any issues with this admin user.

Regarding logging into the client's account, the problem is that when trying to make a new password, after the step of entering a new password, the form does not change, it is impossible to log into the personal account, since only the password change form appears, no further steps occur and I cannot fix this with any of my actions, this is the plugin script. You can make test recordings and services yourself to check the work, anyway, I stopped advertising for now and there are few clients now. I'm waiting for the plugin to work normally =)

I did everything as you said. I even cleared the cache on the site three times with several plugins. Before installing the Amelia plugin, after, I deleted the plugin completely, reinstalled it, and so on three times.
Regarding the archive you sent. The same problem, that through the plugin loader in the WordPress admin panel it did not install. I had to do it again through the ISP manager on the server and upload it to the site manually. Maybe this is the problem?
The password change form also froze and does not work normally. I enter a new password for the account, there is still no redirection to the account login page.
It still shows old types of consultations in the registration form in all versions of the registration form, even those that are not in the database. It does not show new types of records.
Maybe the problem is in the database for the plugin?

Also, I noticed that you are not using any block builder for the website? How did you build the website? Have you tried:
1. Removing the registration form shortcode/widget
2. Saving
3. Adding it again, and saving it.
This solved an issue for me when one of the forms displayed old times
I changed the shortcode, different types of post forms, updated the vodpress system, reinstalled their new version of the plugin that they gave me, even tried editing old offers, nothing helped. The old data about services is still displayed.

I have attached a screenshot in the message below. Your account status is "Subscriber".
The reason the log in and retrieve password Amelia form doesn't work for your clients, is because the users that have registered without buying a service (completing the Amelia's registration form) are not registered correctly into the Amelia user base, just your WordPress user base.
The Amelia customer panel (which includes the retrieve/set password form) only works with users registered into the Amelia's user base, that's why you cannot log in using the customer panel from Amelia if you haven't bought a service with the registration form.
I see that both your registration and login forms widgets on your website (https://kouching-vzroslosti.ru/moy-akkaunt/) are from "LearnPress" widgets, while these do create WordPress accounts for new users, they do not register the user into the Amelia user base automatically.
The database table that contains the Amelia user base is the one shown below in the attached screencap of my PhpAdmin: wp_amelia_users, if my user entry isn't there, that's why Amelia's set/retrieve password links won't work.
I, myself, would fix this with a custom snippet. For your case, a good work flow be:
1. First, go to WordPress Settings > General > Change the default user role for new users to "Amelia Customer", so automatically any new users created would have this role.
2. With a custom snippet: when a user is created with the role "Amelia Customer", regardless on what form was used, sanitize the info from that customer initial registry, and add him into the amelia_users table of your installation.
For the Devs; when a user is created under the role "Amelia Customer" it should automatically be added to the amelia_users table in the Db so we don't encounter this type of hassle when using non Amelia forms. Also, this could be solved by simply creating a native register form for Amelia, which AFAIK is something that client's have been asking for, for a while on the internet.
UPDATE: It seems that the issue about the reset form not working, might be related to Amelia's update, as I see other people talking about the issue. I think you don't lose anything trying my solution, regardless.

Navigate to the Roles Settings section.
Look for the option to Enable Employee Panel and make sure it is turned on.
Enabling the Employee Panel will ensure that customers can successfully change their customer panel password until we fix this issue.

Well, seriously, it all looks like an imitation of vigorous activity and stretching the deadline for eliminating the error.
Imagine what it looks like from the point of view of my clients. Do they have to reset work passwords so that you can collect feedback?
I gave you a login and password for your account, do everything you need to do and check.
VI ask you to return my money. I'm tired of it. I need a 100% normal working plugin, not these strange correspondence on the forum.

I completely understand your frustration, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. After reviewing the situation, I’ve gone ahead and issued a full refund as requested. You should receive a confirmation shortly.
Just to clarify from a technical standpoint — the only reason why it would show a message like “incorrect password” is if the password for the employee or customer isn’t correct. That’s why I initially suggested the password reset, in case there was a mismatch.
