    Hello,

    I am having a problem with my Step By Step Customer Booking Form 2.0. I am sure I just have some settings incorrectly selected, but have been unsuccessful determining where I erred. 

    For reference, this is a physical therapy business, offering massage, physical therapy, etc. We have 4 physical therapists, each of whom can see one customer per time slot, maximum during their work hours. 

    My problem is the front end of the form is not closing time slots after a customer has booked it for an employee. I want the time slot to close and be unable to be selected from the front end once one customer has already booked it. But as it is now, multiple customers could continue booking the same time slot with that employee.

    I attached images of some of the settings. I tried to mess with these, but didn’t notice the issue being resolved.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Your settings look correct and we have just tested this just in case and we can not replicate the issue. Please note that if you have 6 employees that are working on same service then 6 customers can book at the same time with 6 different employees. But each employee can be booked with one employee at the same time.
