We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am currently using the scheduling feature, which is synced with my Google Calendar. Right now, my availability is determined based on the calendar where appointments are being saved. However, I have multiple calendars within my Google account, and I need the scheduling tool to check all of them before displaying my availability.
Is there a way to configure the system to account for all my Google Calendars when determining availability?

Hi Leighton,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, at the moment, the sync does not recognize multiple calendars within the main Google Calendar. In Amelia, you will only see appointments created on the main Google Calendar (the one that is assigned to an employee).
Google Calendar Integration can only block events coming from a linked Google Calendar if those events are marked as Busy. If an event is not blocking time in Amelia, make sure it’s pulled from the correct calendar, and edit the Google Calendar event to ensure it’s marked as Busy rather than Free.
Currently, the Google Calendar integration is not a full 2-way sync, meaning:

I’m struggling to understand why this feature is not available at this time, especially since it is offered by competing software providers for free. Could you please clarify if this is on the roadmap for future updates? If not, I will need to consider alternative solutions for my clients.
I look forward to your response.
Hi Leighton,
Currently the integration between Amelia and Google Calendar is not 2 way and Amelia doesn't recognize the alternative calendars added in mail Calendar. This is not just up to Amelia it also depends on the Google Calendar integration. We will work on improving this in future updates, but we cant provide ETA at this moment.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
