We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I have a client that has an advanced scheudle that is sometimes mobile in multiple locations and somtimes stationary.

So example normally he is able to be booked at his regular hours at set locations.

But some days he is traveling to different locations only for one day.

How would I set this up without having to have multiple employees of the same person if I only want people to be able to book him at a specific location on a specific day.

    Hello Brody,

    Thank you for your message!

To manage this, you can use Special Days in Amelia to define specific service/work hours for each day when your client is traveling to a different location. This will allow you to adjust their schedule without needing to create multiple employees for the same person.

Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Go to Amelia > Employees.
    2. Select the employee in question.
    3. There, you'll find a Special Days tab.
    4. Add a special day for each specific date when your client is traveling. For each special day, set the working hours for the specific location they’ll be at that day.

This way, customers can only book your client at the designated location on those specific days. It ensures that the schedule is mobile but controlled for booking purposes.

Let me know if you need any further clarification or help setting it up!

    Kind Regards,
